I have been running about 3-4 times a week for the past couple months. I would feel pain in my left knee during or after almost every single run. I thought it was my body just getting used to running instead of walking, or that maybe I needed new shoes. I visited Dr. Gonzalez and he helped me with core and hip strengthening exercises that made the pain go away. Dr. Gonzalez also recommended that instead of just doing a 3 mile run, that I mix up my exercise routine with some speed runs mixed with walking and jump roping. I am grateful for all of his expertise and honest feedback!!!!
